Combinación de sabores salgados, cremosos e doces.
Pataca, sal, pemento, bacallau, gambas, allo, queixo, leite, coñac, pan relado, aceite de oliva, olivas negras e froitos vermellos.
Preparamos un puré de pataca.
Refogar o bacallau previamente desalgado.
Esmiuzamos e engadimos ao puré. Preparamos as gambas refogadas en allo e coñac.
Formamos as bombas e reenchemos coas gambas e preparamos a salsa de queixo do Cebreiro.
Mañá de 13.00 a 15.00 h Tarde de 20.00 a 22.00 h.
Amplo local cun estilo industrial, cun ambiente cálido. A súa cociña é tradicional española con especialidades en carnes á brasa. Tamén ten grandes fiestras que proporcionan un ambiente con luz natural.
