Taco elaborado con tenreira galega aliñada en pi-bil sobre unha torta de millo do país con picada de cebola, cilantro, limón e maionesa de abelá.
Millo, auga, sal, cebola, cenoria, tomate, achiote, limón, vinagre, aceite de oliva, viño tinto, carne de tenreira, sal e pementa moída.
Adobamos a carne 24 horas antes con achiote, pementa, sal, vinagre e limón e deixamos repousar.
Cociñamos en aceite e viño durante catro horas.
Facemos as tortas de millo con auga, sal e fariña de millo.
Maña de 12.30 a 15.30 h. Tarde de 20.30 a 23.00 h.
Restaurante de cociña viaxeira. Dende os fondos do mar Cantábrico ata as entrañas das montañas, respetando as bases dunha cociña tradicional.
Días de peche luns, martes e mércores todo o día e o xoves a medio día.
